Hardware failure from VPS 1

There is hardware failure from VPS server 1 since around 10pm on 3rd Jan 2009. It is believed that both HDDs failed. All data was corrupted. However, we still have all backup. Our technical team is getting it fixed now.

Latest Updates

• We have reinstalled the server, 25% of VPS accounts have been restored. We are still restoring rest of the data. You may experience slow response from server due to restoration process that reads and writes a lot from hard drives (9:30am 4th Jan 2009)
• All data has been successfully restored. (11:45am 4th Jan 2009)
