SG3 server was down

At 8pm on 19 Jan 2009, one of our shared server SG3 sg3.singhost.net (120.50.43.11) was brought down due to high bandwidth utilization.

One of the accounts on that server utilized all of our bandwidth (we are still checking how it could be done) and left no bandwidth to other servers, that is why some of other servers seemed to be down. Datacenter had to block the IP address at 11pm so that other customers will not be harmed. Our engineer has been checking and taking care of the server and it's now back to normal. We deeply apologize that we could not bring the server up much earlier.
