Unexpected Power Short Circuit problem, VPS server data crashed

Dear valued Customers,

There was the short circuit incident happened at our Datacenter yesterday around 11pm to 11:30pm. Therefore, some servers were down around 30 to 45 minutes. Most of the effected servers kept running smoothly after that and no data was lost. However, one of our VPS servers was badly effected. The data of some VPS accounts crashed and it is impossible to recover the lost data. Therefore, we decided to restore those accounts from the version of daily backup done on Thursday morning 10th Sep.

The following VPS accounts were restored from backup, the rest were ok:
- #####dalus-singapore.com
- #####getsro.com
- #####inda.org.sg
- #####cyeinny.com.sg
- #####lyguitar.com

Please send enquiries to support {at} singhost {dot} net if you think you VPS is not running as expected.

We are so sorry for this incident and we will request our Datacenter side to improve their infrastructure to avoid this problem in the future.
