Unexpected Power Short Circuit problem, VPS server data crashed

Dear valued Customers,
There was the short circuit incident happened at our Datacenter yesterday around 11pm to 11:30pm. Therefore, some servers were down around 30 to 45 minutes. Most of the effected servers kept running smoothly after that and no data was lost. However, one of our VPS servers was badly effected. The data of some VPS accounts crashed and it is impossible to recover the lost data. Therefore, we decided to restore those accounts from the version of daily backup done on Thursday morning 10th Sep.
The following VPS accounts were restored from backup, the rest were ok:

SG5 shared server failed and it's fixed

Shared hosting server hostname sg5.singhost.net was found down at 3am Feb 15th. Data was corrupted due to Raid card failure and hard drives are out of sync. However, we still have all backups. At 5:15am, our tech team finished the new server installation for replacement. Our engineers are still trying to restore account one by one. However, shared IP address will be changed from 203.211.144.48 to 120.50.43.133, please do change accordingly if you are not using our nameservers for your domain.
SG3 server was down

At 8pm on 19 Jan 2009, one of our shared server SG3 sg3.singhost.net (120.50.43.11) was brought down due to high bandwidth utilization.
Hardware failure from VPS 1

There is hardware failure from VPS server 1 since around 10pm on 3rd Jan 2009. It is believed that both HDDs failed. All data was corrupted. However, we still have all backup. Our technical team is getting it fixed now.

Servers already switched

Dear Customers,
Servers were up again around 4am in the morning on 10th May. Since the IP has been changed, DNS server around the world will have to update the change. DNS update may take time, and different ISP has different DNS server. Therefore, some of you will see your website up now and some will not. Please wait around 12 hours max for all DNS servers to update.
